Typically the last meeting of the year is extremely thin... and this meeting was consisent with that.
Item E (Resignation of 2 fire fighters)
We continue to see fall out from the changes being implemented in the fire department. As I have stated in the past, I am very concerned about changes being pushed onto our fire fighters and the impact to their home life. As with any changes, there are both good and bad impacts to keep an eye on. At this point I believe we've lost 6 fire fighters for various reasons in the past 3 months.
